We unfortunately no longer ship to Europe, due to strict VAT fees required to be collected on our end and sent to your country. Shipping for all other countries will be based on your cart total, which you will see before going to the payment page.
COUPONS
No coupon codes can be used on a purchase of a voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Only one discount per order.
We will ship anywhere in the world, including APO/FPO military addresses. During checkout, be sure to click on "United States, Canada or International" to determine your shipping charges. Any "free shipping" promotion is for the United States only.
We do our best to have most orders shipped out within 24 hours using 2-3 Day Priority, but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order during promotions and sales. Smaller and lighter orders (patterns) will be shipped First Class. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address given to us, customer will be responsible for new postage.
We use USPS for all shipping.

RETURNS
If returning an order, item(s) must be unopened and unused. We will issue a voucher towards a future order. Your voucher will equal your purchase price minus our shipping costs paid to ship your item(s) to you.
Unfortunately we can't offer refunds on cut yardage, sorry about that!
We use Priority flat rate shipping envelopes and boxes on most orders, First Class envelopes on smaller (lighter) orders, and Media Mail for books.
If you add pre-orders (future precuts) to your order of in-stock items, we will wait to ship everything together in one shipment unless you choose to pay separate shipping for orders under $60.
